Hi, I'm Maria

I started painting in 2025 when I was stuck at home for a few weeks, fed up of tidying up and going round and round in circles. It felt so good to create something more permanent than the tidying, which was always too fleeting.

I'm not methodical and I don't hold onto pieces, so I share my work online as a visual diary.

I'm also a mummy to two hurricanes — two energetic boys aged 6 and 8.
